MISSION STATEMENT FOR LAKE SUPERIOR RIDERS

Lake Superior Riders is a general interest organization whose purpose is to: create positive public awareness of motorcyclists; educate our members in safe motorcycling practices; assist members (and their families) whenever possible; participate in fund raising events for charitable organizations; and promote safe and fun motorcycle riding events/outings.

1) Positive Image

• To promote a positive image of our organization Lake Superior Riders at all times, in our community and among fellow citizens
• To increase public awareness of a motorcycle organization in our city which promotes safety and raises donations for worthy causes
• To include participation in and support of events that are held in our community

2) Education

• To promote education to our members through written materials, presentations and courses related to safe motorcycling practices.

3) Support

• To provide moral, economic and physical support to our members, as well as their families, when and wherever possible they may need our assistance
• To provide support for other not for profit corporations that have similar interests as Lake Superior Riders
